Through commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions.Do read carefully before commissioning.

general info
➵ Orders through my email ([email protected]) and Twitter DM will be responded to within 24 hours, if through Instagram DM I might take up to 48 hours.➵ I will only accept clear references that are your original ideas; work from other artists will not be accepted. The quality of the references needs to be easily viewable.➵ Regarding the point above, if I were to design the character from scratch for you based on text descriptions, it will be subjected to an additional 80% of the original total price.➵ I will assist you to finalise your ideas and the price for the commission if your ideas do not follow the commission rates.➵ I will provide you with a mock-up sketch for your approval. After viewing the sketch, only minor changes/additions can be made.➵ After approval of the sketch, payment must be made within the 48-hour window.➵ Simple commissions may take up to 1-2 months to complete while detailed ones may take up to 2-5 months (usually they will be finished sooner, but I'm taking into consideration any possible delays).➵ You are only buying the digital file; no physical copy(ies) will be printed nor delivered.➵ I will not draw furries, NSFW (mild suggestive ones are fine), full armours (ie. covered from head to toe or heavily armoured) and old people.
payment
➵ All prices stated are in USD.➵ For PayPal commissioners, you do not have to cover the PayPal fees.➵ Debit/Credit card payments are accepted as well and will be processed through Ko-Fi.➵ Payment invoices will be provided after confirmation of commission(s).➵ You can pay full/half before I start your commissions. The rest can be paid after you see the final draft.
changes & revisions
➵ Sketch WIPs will be provided when asked.➵ Do let me know anything you want to change when the sketch is shown, as I will not accept any requests for changes to the commission(s) after the confirmation stage.➵ Maximum of 3 revisions will be provided for free, any more changes requested will be charged extra.➵ Mistakes in the colours/lines by me will be edited for free. If the problem lies with the reference provided, I can edit the finished work with additional charges.
refunds & cancellations
➵ Full refunds can be made if I have not started on your order.➵ If I have completed or is halfway through the:
Sketch - 75% refund / Line Art - 50% refund / Base Colours - 25% refund / Shading - no refunds allowed.➵ For Paypal refunds, it will be refunded through Paypal itself hence any currency conversion resulting in the loss of money will not be covered.➵ You can cancel your order if payment has not been sent.

➵ I have full rights to the artwork. I will be able to use the artwork in my catalogue but I will mark it as commission work.➵ I will not use your commissioned piece for commercial uses whether for real or digital currency.➵ I have the right to post it on social media sites, with credits to you as the commissioner if you wish.➵ If you wish to commission a private piece (will not be posted anywhere, only to be sent to you personally) I will charge an additional fee of 10% of your commission.➵ Commissioner may not use the commissioned piece for commercial uses (eg. make merchandise) whether for real or digital currency. (See below if you intend to use it commercially)➵ Commissioner may not reproduce the commissioned piece, repost is fine but you cannot claim the work to be yours. You do not need to mention me since it will be your artwork.➵ Feel free to use the commissioned piece(s) as your avatar, background image, profile deco, etc. without asking in advance!Text
commercial usage
➵ Commissioner may only use the commissioned piece(s) for commercial use (eg. CD cover, logo/banner for your store, etc.) when 3X the original price is paid per artwork. (For sales of merchandise purposes the price will be different, please check with me)➵ Please inform beforehand if you intend to use it commercially, so we can agree on the terms.➵ Commercial commissions to be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
➵ If any terms were to be broken, I will file a report on copyright infringement on whatever site you illegally publish a prohibited version of the artwork.➵ Your right to the commission will be retracted and I have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers if you fail to comply with the terms & conditions.➵ You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.➵ Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to, for others to watch out for.➵ I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.➵ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.➵ If you, the purchaser, have not read the T&C thoroughly, I am not to be held responsible for your own misconception.
